At the 2007 Oxfordshire Football Association annual awards ceremony Chalgrove Cavaliers FC was officially named Charter Standard Club of the Year 2007.When making the award we were praised the manner in which we have expanded the club whilst retaining our community roots. Our girls coaching programme came in for special praise as did our extensive charity work.
After receiving a cut glass trophy Gary Rees and James McGraw presented to the audience a short account of what goes on at a Charter Standard Development Club and how to reach the standards we have shown can be achieved when a community pulls together. We now aim to continue our progression over the coming years and move ever forward.
Chalgrove Cavaliers FC has achieved a number of notable honours in recent years, including:

· Under 10s Oxford Mail Boys League "Green" League Runners Up 2007-08
